Terms & Conditions

Special Event Bookings are to contact Georgia Emily Makeup through her website enquiry form. Bridal Parties, Group Bookings, Photoshoots & Collaborations must also fill out the enquiry form on the Georgia Emily Makeup website.
Special Event Bookings require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment.
Group Bookings require the travel fee to secure the booking, this is also a non-refundable booking fee.
All Bridal Party Bookings & Photoshoot Bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure the booking.
Confirmation emails and reminder emails will be sent out to the provided email address. Please ensure all information is correct before finalising an appointment or booking with Georgia Emily Makeup.
The final balance for all Special Event Bookings, Photoshoot Bookings & Group Bookings are to be paid once makeup applications are completed.
Georgia Emily Makeup accepts payment in the form of Cash, Bank transfer, PayID & PayWave (fees apply).
The remaining balance for all Bridal Party Makeup Bookings will be invoiced the week before the Wedding Day and must be paid before the Wedding Date.

All bookings must give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation, if this notice is not met your booking fee will not be refunded and will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
If more than 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellation you are then eligible to transfer your booking fee to a new appointment date. Please contact me directly if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, or do not show to your appointment, your booking will automatically be cancelled and therefore your $50 booking fee will also be forfeited.
In the unlikely event that Georgia Emily Makeup may have to cancel/reschedule your appointment due to personal illness/reasons, the booking fee will remain on file until a new appointment has been made. Georgia Emily Makeup has many contacts for amazing makeup artists and will ensure you have an artist for your event in the unlikelihood that it occurs.

Please ensure your skin is cleansed and clean from makeup before your appointment. To guarantee the longevity of your makeup and the appearance of your skin underneath the makeup make sure you are hydrated and following a basic skincare routine.
If you are fake tanning Georgia Emily Makeup suggests to not fake tan the face (to eliminate patchy-ness). If you wish to add colour to the face when fake tanning Georgia Emily Makeup recommends using a face tan water/mist or tanning drops as a step in your skincare routine.
I advise to have no harsh facial treatments 5-7 days prior to your makeup appointment, this includes facial waxing and derma-planing as this can cause skin sensitivity and may alter how the makeup sits on your skin.
Georgia Emily Makeup also prefers no lash lifts as in most cases it is nearly impossible to apply false lashes seamlessly. If you do have lifted lashes, Georgia Emily Makeup will assess your lash lift and discuss with you whether a false lash application will be suitable. If you have lashes extensions please make sure they are thoroughly cleaned before your appointment.
Additional note, wear a loose fitting top or jacket to your appointment so it can easily be removed when getting ready without disturbing your makeup and/or hair. Georgia Emily Makeup also suggests to wear a top that you don’t mind the possibility of getting makeup on it.

Georgia Emily Makeup offers a travel service for group and bridal bookings of three or more (with a maximum of 8) where a travel/kit handling fee will be charged. The travel fee accounts for the total travel time to and from location, fuel costs, parking fees, early morning fees (if required) & kit/equipment handling.
You as the client are also in charge of ensuring there is accessible parking for Georgia Emily Makeup, all parking fees must be covered by the client if not informed of parking requirements in the initial booking.
A 10% weekend surcharge is applied to all weekend Group and Bridal bookings between Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick or carrying any contagious illnesses.
If Georgia Emily Makeup has any reason to believe that you are unwell you will kindly be asked to leave and therefore your makeup application and booking fee will be forfeited.
Georgia Emily Makeup will not be putting herself, her household or future clients at risk of contracting an illness.
Due to the increased risk of infection, please inform Georgia Emily Makeup before your appointment if you have head lice, cold sores (herpes), eye infections (such as conjunctivitis/sty) and any facial skin infections. Georgia Emily Makeup encourages full transparency, she is very understanding and will discuss with you whether going ahead with a makeup application is suitable.
Please inform Georgia Emily Makeup of any relevant allergies or sensitivities in the client intake form when booking. Georgia Emily Makeup is not responsible or liable for the risk of any reactions to products used.

Georgia Emily Makeup recommends all brides to be to book in a Bridal Trial to discuss your bridal makeup vision.
Please inform Georgia Emily Makeup if you or the Bridal Party will be having lifted lashes or lash extensions on the Wedding Day. Please read through my skin & hair preparation T&C’s.
To secure your wedding date with Georgia Emily Makeup a 50% non-refundable booking fee must be paid to confirm the booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due the week leading up to your Wedding Date which will be invoiced by Georgia Emily Makeup. Payment must be finalised before the Wedding Day.
Any cancellations or changes to the size of the bridal party will incur additional fees. If you downsize your booking after it has been confirmed, you are still required to pay the original price quoted to cover the admin fees and loss of income.
Georgia Emily Makeup suggests to trial fake tanning for your Bridal Trial if you plan to be fake tanned on the Wedding Day.
Georgia Emily Makeup will only accept Bridal Party bookings at a maximum of 8 people and a minimum of 3 people.

Georgia Emily Makeup reserves the right to post any and all images/videos taken during or after your makeup appointment for promotional, portfolio or website use.
If you do not wish to have your photo taken please inform Georgia Emily Makeup at the beginning of your appointment.
